Order Transfers by Size when
- You have one logo and you already know the print size (left chest 4", full front 11×14", and so on).
- You need a clean, single-file checkout with artwork uploaded on that line.
- You are sampling a new garment or running a one-off merch drop.
DTF Transfers by Size prices by the cut size. That is the fastest path from file to heat press when the layout is already decided.
Order a gang sheet when
- You have multiple SKUs, colorways, or names on the same job.
- You want repeats of one design packed tightly to lower film cost.
- You are filling a production week: hoodies, hats, bags, and neck labels in one shipment.

Cost logic in one sentence
A gang sheet wins as soon as unused film on several by-size orders would have paid for a longer sheet. If you only need two 4" logos, by-size is simpler.
Production tips
Keep similar press temperatures on the same sheet. Do not mix a tiny neck label job with a huge oversized back print unless you are comfortable cutting and sorting. Name your files clearly (hoodie-front-black.png) so the print ticket matches the press station.
