Same-day shipping

Orders placed before 12 PM EST may qualify for same-day shipping when production capacity and artwork readiness allow. Custom gang sheets, unclear files, missing fonts, or peak volume can move an order to the next production window. Same-day means we aim to hand the package to the carrier that calendar day - it is not overnight delivery unless you choose that service at checkout.

Processing time

Made-to-order transfers require print time before carrier pickup. Product pages and checkout may show extra notes for large gang sheets or supplies. The clock starts when the file is print-ready, not when a cart is abandoned and recovered later.

Shipping methods and rates

Available rates and carriers are calculated at checkout based on destination and package details. We do not publish a static rate table here because checkout is the source of truth for your address and cart.

Tracking

When a label is created, you typically receive a Shopify shipping email with a carrier link. Label creation can happen before the first carrier scan. Use Track your order for the order status page, or the link in that email.

Delivery estimates

Transit times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, peak season, and incorrect addresses can change the delivery date.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. Packages we cannot deliver may be returned; reshipment can incur extra shipping charges. If you notice a typo immediately after checkout, call +1 (281) 967-1888 before the label prints.

International

If international shipping is offered at checkout, duties, taxes, and customs delays are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Refused or undeliverable international parcels may not be refundable for the original shipping amount.
