Online store terms

You may not use our products or site for any illegal purpose. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract and complete purchases. We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or infringing.

Products and accuracy

We try to display products accurately. Colors vary by screen and by garment after pressing. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing and availability errors. A description on a product page at the time of purchase is part of the order.

Artwork license and IP

You represent that you own or have permission to use all artwork you upload. You grant Phantom DTF a limited license to reproduce that artwork solely to fulfill your order and related support (including reprints and quality review). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you submit. We may refuse files that appear to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. Payment is processed through Shopify and enabled providers. We do not store full card numbers. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot legally fulfill.

Shipping, risk, and returns

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk may pass on carrier acceptance as allowed by law. Returns and remedies follow our Refund Policy. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom DTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies only to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
